AMD WX serija procesora stavlja korisniku na raspolaganje najveći broj procesorskih jezgara u klasi.[iii], Threadripper 2990WX stiže sa 32 jezgra i 64 threada, dok Threadripper 2970WX poseduje 24 jezgra i 48 threadova. Druga generacija AMD Ryzen Threadripper procesora donosi unapređenu implementaciju AMD SenseMI[vi] tehnologije sa Precision Boost 2 i XFR2, kao i u slučaju običnih Ryzen procesora. Dodatne performanse i vrednost za entuzijaste su isporučeni kroz:
